The problem

Expense claims were a monthly pile of paper receipts and a spreadsheet that never split tax correctly across currencies.

What we built

A claims app where staff photograph a receipt, the line is pre-filled, and the claim routes to the right approver. It handles multiple currencies and splits IRS / GST-HST tax automatically, so reimbursement and the books both come out right.
