The problem
Work was being handed out in chat and email. Managers had no single view of who was doing what, and 'is that done?' meant another meeting.
What we built
A manager/employee task board with a Kanban view for the team and an approval hub for the manager. Every task carries its own history — assigned, started, submitted, approved or sent back — so the record is always there.
