The problem

Booking a call meant three emails to find a slot, and half the time the timezone maths was wrong.

What we built

A public booking page per team member or team. The slot engine is timezone-safe on both sides, free/busy comes from a connected calendar, and round-robin spreads incoming bookings across the team automatically. Reminders go out before the call.
